So, Yes… I know, I know… It’s been a LONG time, but it has just been busy around here.  Nothing much exciting, just busy with Avery going to school, playdates with our friends, and lots of trips out and about– wherever we can go til spring comes and we can get OUTSIDE!!!! 

I will happily be adding some new pix and updating a little more frequently, but for now let me just tell you a funny story about this weekend:

We went to my dad’s for dinner and all Avery wanted to eat was candy.  Of course, My dad being the “wonderful grandfather” that lives by the motto that his granddaughters can do no wrong and do whatever they want let her eat all of the candy that she could possibly handle.  However, there was a point that even he thought that she had had enough.  He said (without thinking of course), “Avery, if you eat one more piece of candy, you are going to get the SH*TS”.  Avery replied, “D-D– I want the SH*TS!”…..Needless to say, on Sunday morning she got what she asked for…. and D-D got a lesson on watching what he says around our 2 1/2 year old taperecorder… LOL
