Dancing Queen and Jumping Bean

So, today was our Dancing Queen’s (Avery) final dance class- she has been in a Rockin Tots class for the last few months and she absolutely loves it!  The toddlers are dancing, running, swaying, singing and shaking their groove thang– and it’s freaking adorable!  We have added some pix to the November folder, and I hope to have some video up shortly!   Dance class will start up again in Mid-January- and we can hardly wait!

Our little Jumping Bean (Carly Anne) has been doing some moving and shaking of her own.  She dances when she hears music and she is always bouncing around.  She loves to stand up (sometimes holding on to things and sometimes not) and just bounce- giddy as can be.  She is babbling and “talking” to us all of the time.  She truly is the happiest baby you will ever see.  Every day is something new with her… she is just growing up way too fast!!!  Next thing we know she will be toddling around chasing her sister.  Then I will really be getting a work out!

Speaking of growing up quickly, Avery is starting to potty train- Huge Milestone!!!  She has been doing it herself so far, going pee pee on the potty all by herself for the last month or so.  Now that she has a full blown interest in it, we figured that we should lockdown for the next week or so and really help her work on this.  Wish us luck– we certainly will need it!!!

So, looking ahead, we are going into Thanksgiving week- Thanksgiving is Thursday- I can hardly believe that the holidays are here already!  We are going to take this coming weekend to begin decorating and getting things ready for Santa’s big visit.  We already took the girls to get their Holiday pictures taken- that was exhausting… LOL… so next comes the tree, lights, wrapping, and the massive amounts of cookie baking.  I will certainly be adding pix as we get into things– their faces around the holidays are full of wonder and excitement – they truly are priceless.
