Ok… I promise that I will try my best to do better with updating the website.  We have just been crazy crazy busy with no end in sight.  We have been traveling around taking full advantage of the summer (that is quickly coming to an end) and gearing up for Fall.  August was a busy month for us.  We took a trip to NY to visit our friends – we all had an absolute blast and can’t wait to go back for more fun times.  (BTW- Avery gave Nancy and Pete’s neighbors a bit of a show one day when she stripped down and ran naked all around the backyard—- LOL- I am sure that they appreciated that!) 

We got a chance to go to the MD State Fair and Avery had an absolute blast- Carly slept, but Avery soaked it all in and seemed to truly enjoy it.  We saw the horses, cows, chickadees, pigs and piglets (piglets were born an hour before we got there– very cool!!!).  We talked about all of the animals, Avery rode the rides, we got dirty and ate lots of junk.  After all, what are fairs for????

Carly turned 6 months old on the 12th and started crawling.  She is on the move and it doesn’t look like she will be slowing down anytime soon.  I now am officially chasing 2 girls under 2!!!  I sure do have my hands full!!!  – (but I am loving every second of it!) 

Avery is growing more each day and talking up a storm.  She keeps reminding me that she is a big girl and that she can do everything herself!  Needless to say, there are battles in our house over who is the boss– I am put in my place time and time again.  Avery seems to have everything under control!!! LOL LOL LOL

We are looking forward to a very exciting month ahead.  Avery is starting a “Rockin Tots” dance class tomorrow- we have all of the gear- leotard, skirt, tights, ballet shoes— and even the dance bag to carry all of our things.  Freaking adorable- I will be sure to add some pix when i get them.  We are heading up to Sesame Place next weekend as a Pre- BD celebration for our little (Big) girl that is turning 2 on the 21st!  I know that time flies, BUT– MAN!!  Time really does fly!  Avery will be the big #2 this month! - Unbelievable since it seems as if my baby is just growing faster than I can keep up!  She really is a precious little girl and I am excited to see what lies ahead. 

Carly will be 7 months old on the 12th and it seems like just yesterday when she got here.  She is a little chunk-a-lunk weighing in at 18lbs and 26 inches tall.  She rolls all around and has recently started crawling- she is trying her best to keep up with her big sis.  She is the happiest baby ever and is just the most beautiful little girl with dark eyes and cheeks that you just want to squeeze to death!!!  (Proud mommy much?!?!? LOL)

Ok, so enough rambling…. Everything is great!  Life is good and I am soaking in every moment with my two little princesses!!!  I have added some new pix and will be adding more in the days ahead…. Enjoy!!!!
