Ok… So, its been a while! Ok… So, it’s been a LONG while!!! I am so sorry that the website hasn’t been updated recently, but life has been crazy for us lately!ÂÂ

First things First- AVERY IS OFFICIALLY WALKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not cruising- not taking just one step and falling- but WALKING – at only 9 1/2 months old!!! Can you believe it? I can hardly believe it- It’s very exciting for Avery and very sad (well, for Mommy it’s sad) all at the same time. I knew that this day would soon be here, but now that it is here, I only wish that she was a little baby again to snuggle up with me and be plastered on my hip. BUT, there is no time for that now in Avery’s world. She is very busy Exploring EVERYTHING- and I mean EVERYTHING…. Did I mention that she is into EVERYTHING?!? It is a whole new world out there for her and she is anxious to get out and discover new things everyday. (Video of Avery walking will follow in the next day or so!)

Next update- Avery went on her very first vacation this past week. We went “down the ocean” for a few days to relax and have fun in the sun. Avery absolutely LOVED the beach. She loved the feel of the sand between her toes, the ocean waves and salt air breeze, the sand crabs that we dug for (and she tried to eat- EWWW!!!) and hunting for fun seashells. We set up her baby pool (the ocean was a little too rough for her this year) and she had lots of fun playing at the beach all day long. By the last day, she was getting pretty brave and ready to get into the ocean all by herself- (well, Almost) LOL… We took tons of pix, so be sure to check out the beach pix in her 10 month folder.ÂÂ

Other than that, I don’t think that there is too much else going on…

Well, maybe just one more thing….

Avery is going to be a BIG SISTER!!! Yep, that’s right… I don’t know how excited she is about this, but Mommy and Daddy are very excited and looking forward to meeting the new little one… We have a while to go, but the way time flies, it will be here before we know it!ÂÂ
